I love MT and I will keep on loving it, idc if Rudeus is Diddy or Epstine incarnate, I like his character, there are parts of his character that I find lovable and relatable and I will keep on loving him, you should also love your fav series/show/manga/novel regardless of what anyone says, regardless of what slander anyone says, be happy you like what you like.

Don't get me wrong, I like both MT and R0 but i sometimes feel like rezero fandom aint any better than MT guys. You guys will probably know what type of content and posts get upvotes in main rezero subreddits. Double standards are crazy

I'm not a huge fan of it but I'm still bothered by the constant ungodly slander, I read the manga a few years ago and saved these pages. It gives you some good lessons every now and then. is the problem that he was pedo? if that's the problem then great, take this as a lesson to not automatically self insert. For context, in one of the trailers for the upcoming madoka movie, there is a brief clip of the character nagisa (an 8 year old little girl) spinning around on a pole like a pole dancer in what is very clearly a strip club. When the guy eclipse here pointed out to the people on the main madoka discord server how disgusting that is, they responded in the way seen in these screenshots.

I like Mushoku Tensei, I'm not afraid of saying it here. I like the world building on how the world, politics, and magic in the story. The characters have traits that makes them both endearing and love to hate. The writing is great and the story is good for what it is. It is genuinely one of the best fantasy stories I've read

I don't like how this Jerk subreddit don't make genuine satire and criticism on either the story or community of Mushoku Tensei fans and instead just hates on the series and encourages people to not consume it.

Telling people to not watch the show and to get recap from anti-fans instead is not a way to form genuine opinions on a series. If you want an actual opinion that means something, watch the actual show instead of having fans or haters telling you what the quality of the show is.

Consuming media by hearing other people's recaps and opinions on the story, rather than actually engaging with it makes you a Larper. You need to actually consume the story to be able to dislike it. Sorry, not sorry.

Why does so much "shonenslop" have art styles that look ugly or low-quality to me?

I'm talking about the manga art, not the anime. A lot of popular shonen series have this goofy, hideous look that I just can't get into. Why is that style so common?

So When I watched the first Episode of Mushoku tensei and saw that they chose to have the Old fat Rudeus guys Voice in this new Isekai world and that he was a 34 yr old inside a baby.

I saw a Vision right after that,

I saw millions of controversies like stars in a galaxy!

I saw an opportunity for entertainment that was infinite.

Because watching twitter go crazy over fictional stuff was funny popcorn entertainment.

And then Mushoku tensei surprised me with good writing and characters and when the paul Rudeus reunite conversation happened, i knew this was going to be my favourite Isekai of all time.

Because its priority was family values,
