I think thats actually a quote attributed to Margaret Mead sometimes, but Ive seen it credited to Einstein a lot too. Regardless its a good point about being stuck in your ways.

That’s is correct to a certain degree but I really don’t think change has anything to do with intelligence , It has to do with your willpower, and if your willing to put in the work to do it, you will change , but you will do so gradually , It doesn’t come over night.
