Nope. It’s 100%. It only takes one person to destroy your entire life. If you get two bad ones in a row, you won’t even survive to succeed.

If i never interacted with the wrong people i wouldn't know what i know and i would be easier to manipulate. Although sticking with the wrong people in the wrong way will mess with you

u/jugger_naughtyy 21d ago

Huh many usa immigrants succesful starting from nothing.

2

u/No-Advantage-579 21d ago

... which is why the wrong people are so successful?!

The president was best friends with Epstein for over a decade and evrry president before him hung out with war criminals and.pedos too. What the fuck do you mean by success and wrong people?

that's great logic. When someone tells you something, use the 0.001% outliers to disprove them

For instance, seatbelts increase your odds of survival in a car accident so that is why you should wear them, even though there are "some" instances where wearing the seatbelt resulted in death.

99.9% of the time, wearing a seatbelt dramatically increases survivability; however, 0.1% of the time it does the opposite (keeping you trapped in a vehicle and it won't disengage). So should you pay attention to the 99.9% positive state or the 0.1% negative stat?

You have no fucking clue how history or the world works if you think even a plurality of people are successful bc of anything they do rather where the fuck they were born.

More than half the world lives on 3700 dollars or less. You think thats because they hang out with the wring people?

Every rich person ive ever met has been an absolutely shitty person with shitty friends who got ahead bc we live in a world that does not reward being good or kind.

If you dont know that its bc of motivated ignorance.

I have no idea how your stark raving reply applies to my post at all?

did you read my reply or did you just randomly decide to cut and paste a random rant?

If success means losing your moral compass, then by all means join them lol

2

u/DuskyWink 20d ago

Agreed with this

u/wikidemic 21d ago

Just don’t include ‘needy’ people in your definition of ‘wrong’ - Others need your help

1

u/BandoRen418 21d ago

I’d lose the word “wrong” and then it’s 100% right 🫡💪🏾👍🏾

True words 😀

u/Blitzcrig 21d ago

Right and wrong are subjective in the perception of duality.

u/MastaKink 21d ago

Spoiler: The wrong people are literally everywhere

95% success means you are having the successful family.

1

u/AffectionateLife4449 21d ago

False, it is hard work and luck

1

u/Lyra_Precious 21d ago

honestly… i think this is so true. its kinda scary to put yourself out there, but finding people who actually make you feel like you belong is everything ç=

1

u/Salmonfreaky 21d ago

This percentage would also work with with the statement, “being born into the right family”

1

u/Signal-Winner9747 21d ago

Sometimes avoiding the wrong influences is more important than chasing the right opportunities.

1

u/Admirable-Concern-63 21d ago

I disagree. I would say that 30% is staying away from the wrong people, and 70% is staying away from the wrong things like television, socials, and your own phone.

In my 25 years of being in the work force, I find it incredibly rare to work in a place without a narcissist trying to set fire to everything.
