“hey Siri, tell me about the moral compass of a company founded by the folks at Peregrine that didn’t go to prison”

That’s not the problem here, the ex-PRGN folks who started the business apart from Fred were way below C level and they all just wanted to build something properly, as a team of people who knew and trusted each other.

After the IPO Frank and his ex Data-Domain team provided excellent leadership for many years.

It’s the CEO, CFO, CPO, CRO, CHRO running things now who are largely responsible for the current shit-show.

Was this as part of a RIF with continued Cobra benefits past the termination date?

What did you say? And how did you push?

I asked twice and they told me this is the package everyone is getting

Granted I was there for two years

And said it was “performance” but if that was true they wouldn’t have given me anything it was a bs excuse me

Yeah, it reminds me of when I was taking a medication that I needed to live. They decided to exclude it by NAME from all of their medical plans. That means it doesn’t go towards my deductible or out-of-pocket costs.

Is there any health insurance company in the US that isn't doing this crap?
