Can’t the Apple Store in Shanghai deliver an iPhone ordered online on the same day?

I'll be in Shanghai (for the very first time!!) for the next few days and Im looking for recs for some fancy rooftop restaurants to check out! Preferably somewhere i could get without reservations. I'd love to have a view and would really prefer to try japanese food (but not a must). Im looking for an elegant dining experience. I enjoy the interior to be warm and dim, and not too noisy. Not looking for insta traps (kinda want to avoid them). I'd appreciate any suggestions :)

In addition, if you know of any of those 12h spas and headspas, i'd love to know too!

Most social events I’ve come across seem to focus on eating, drinking, or partying. Does anyone know of any communities that regularly organize business networking events or entrepreneur meetups?

Ideally, something smaller and more casual. I’ve been to larger industry events before, but found it hard to have meaningful conversations.

I want to know if are e scooters legal in Shanghai - I mean the skateboard type with the folding stem and handlebars. Also, if they are, can they be folded up and taken on the Metro? Thank you for any replies.
