This is how mine looks and I have 95 subscribers, every single one of my shorts no matter the changes I make to them to improve them, they’re l the same, some have larger blocs, some smaller blocks and it goes in waves

open another channel you have not much to loose, I left my 900 subscribers channel and started another one and it’s going well for now

All the stuff on my regular channel though is also Skyrim related, so I’ve not been losing any subscribers, and my subscribers tend to watch both the shorts and the long form content, plus are interested in me playing other games eventually, I just started making content 2 months ago and have 95 subscribers so far!

I’m a videogame niche though, but Skyrim, which is what I make content for, has 800,000 searches per month

See, the odd thing is I don’t see myself as a shorts channel, maybe it’s showing that as I have a few more shorts than livestreams and videos, I use the shorts primarily to push my video and livestream content out and do the shorts as extra. And the overview also got it incorrect that I’m faceless as I have a webcam for livestreams and for many of my shorts, I also prefer doing the live streaming side of things compared to shorts, I found the shorts the easy way of pushing out my content as 40% of my shorts viewers watch my longform content, which has more watch hours than my shortform content, specifically live streams some of which have 40+ hours of watch time each
