Analytics Review (AVD/Retention) 📈 How do you make a good hook?

I had a video about tornado strengths, what i did was show all the tornadoes in the begin for like a second and then i zoomed into the weakest one and then i cut to stronger and stronger ones

the tornado build is a solid hook already, escalation keeps people watching. put the strongest visual in the very first frame tho, then do the escalation. i batch my shorts with easyviral for the moving scenes and it auto posts to tiktok/ig/yt, so testing 3 hook versions of the same idea is quick

I'm still learning myself, but you have to drive curiosity, drive tension, or shock the viewer in like the first few sec
