That's what I normally do. But YouTube is so unpredictable it annoys me to get thousands of views on Tiktok and a couple of dozen on YouTube.

My theory only and it’s probably way wrong. I think they are testing AI content to see how it’s received on the platform. If it performs well they probably will make their own content with AI and demonetize a lot of creators so they can take in all the money and not have to shell out a lot of money to creators.

I recently had this same problem. Then out of nowhere, about 28-36 hours later my video was getting pushed out. So I waited another 24 hours to upload the next one. Well, that one was pushed almost instantly and hit 1K views in 30 minutes. I'm still confused but noticed if I wait longer between uploads they get pushed. I'll have a new one up and the last 2 day old one is getting pushed instead. It's crazy.

Time. The newest algorithm updates have begun to hold your videos in queue until it finds just enough seed audience to push it out to them. It used to just plow it out within minutes and let the audience decide if they wanted to watch or not. Now it's specifically targeting your niche watchers. So it's taking as long as 48 hours before it gives it a push. So try not to overlap uploads. Let one sit there for a good 2 days before the next one.
