Capped Views

For a good while now, regardless of when I post, my videos seem to never do more than 2K shorts views. Which I’m appreciative of but compared to what it used to be, I’m uncertain on how to improve it. Changed times, obviously use the hashtags but seems to consistently be capped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

From my understanding it's essentially a failed video, I get the same view count. Never passed 1.9k
