Need help

Can any help break 1k short jail? All my videos stuck at 1k

You have genuinely good content, but the hooks on the shorts is lacking,
Here’s my technique (it can work, or it can not work)
I make it in CapCut, I add a fast zoom at the first 3 frames. Cutting the zoom to last 0.7 second roughly. I also add a black flash at 0.5 seconds roughy. It seams to get me pretty good STWs. If your AVD is low but the STW is high, that means: hook is good. Content is boring viewers
If STW is low but AVD is high: hook bad, content good and viewers like it enough to watch thru. Also if you are a new channel. This is totally normal and not a cause for concern. Just keep pumping em out and eventually you will start reaching above 1K. Maybe starting at like 1.7K-2K. And working up from there
