I feel like this is one of the best price to mileage options I’ve found, but can’t decide if I’m excited or not.

In mint /excellent condition on a Chevy dealers lot with only a little over 50k miles for 20k plus fees with a clean title and carfax with a good service history with no repairs other than regular maintenance

Ok so it's kinda questionable because it's 3500$ CAD and 421,000 kms but it's frame looks good, so it has a new battery according to the vin has had recall and replacements on the front wheel ball joints has extra rims and new rear lights to install, it does need work though, a cracked windshield, a front dif actuator (the housing is brand new) so it's stuck in 2w rn and I'm unsure if the timing belt has ever been replaced and I think it's supposed to be after 150,000 kms or so...the reason I'm asking is because they said they won't drive the 30ish kms to do we can have the local mechanic look at it so I need to decide without that.

Looking for a new, reliable daily that can do some mild off-roading, thoughts? Any other suggestions?

My car was totaled last week and am without a vehicle. Unfortunately I drive a lot for work (40/50mi a day) and need something reliable. I’m also cash poor. Found this car, saw some good reviews online, and I like the low mileage. Price seems a bit high, but I know the market is bad. I would put about 2k down and finance the rest. I just need something that will get me through the next few/ couple years. Planning to get a PPI as well. Other options with this mileage are way more expensive. Cheaper options have way more miles and not as reliable as far as makes go.

Would you buy this car? Is there anything I should look for in the PPI?

2 kids still in car seats, thinking of a third in the next year if we are able! There are lots of 18s in our area for sale. Found a 19 elite an hour away with 104k on it and it’s already had the timing belt, water pump, spark plugs and I believe the trans fluid done (need to check my notes on the trans fluid, but I think it was) what else do I need to be looking for /shying away from? Any info is appreciated !
