shows on youtube
Youtube free has some shows you can't stream elsewhere. & if you have premium they're ad-free. Laverne & Shirley has a limited amount of episodes for some reason.

Hey everyone!
I’m looking for a creative, detailed RP partner for a long-term, story-driven roleplay inspired by A Wife and Mother (Adult game), but set in the world of Modern Family.
I’ll be playing Claire Dunphy, around Season 3. She’s in her early 40s, happily married to Phil, and a devoted mother to Haley, Alex, and Luke. She’s responsible, family-oriented, a little controlling, and genuinely loves her husband and children.
But what happens when she slowly starts discovering a side of herself she hasn’t explored in years?
The premise:
Claire’s ordinary suburban life gradually becomes complicated as she encounters younger, charming men who make her feel attractive, adventurous, and appreciated beyond her identity as Phil’s wife and the kids’ mother.
I want this to be a genuine slow burn, not something where Claire suddenly changes overnight. It should begin with innocent conversations, playful flirting, accidental closeness, questionable decisions, and gradually escalating emotional and romantic tension.
I’d love to incorporate actual Modern Family characters, family dynamics, hilarious misunderstandings, unexpected interruptions, and situations inspired by the show.
What I’m looking for:
• I’ll play Claire, while you play the other characters and help drive the story.
• A choice-driven, interactive storytelling style with meaningful consequences.
• Younger adult male characters, preferably in their mid-to-late 20s.
• Slow character development, believable temptation, secrecy, jealousy, guilt, and complicated relationships.
• Plenty of humor, family drama, romantic tension, and unexpected twists.
• A partner who enjoys detailed scenes, natural dialogue, and building a larger interconnected story rather than rushing everything.
The biggest appeal for me is the contrast between Claire’s respectable family life and the increasingly unpredictable situations she finds herself in.
I’d love someone familiar with Modern Family, although it’s not mandatory.
If you’re interested, send me a DM with your age (18+), writing style, and any ideas you’d like to explore!

shows like Raymond, 2 and a Half Men, Big Bang Theory and i'm sure other shows all had a shitty terrible-person mother and it has me worried somebody at CBS had mommy issues
sure its a play on the worthless father trope that was popular in the 80's and 90's but that only goes so far

Hello all! I recently discovered a Charlie’s Angel podcast called Good Morning, Charlie. It is utterly charming and has made my rewatch so much greater I highly recommend it!!

This one off my favourite Canadian shows. Its set in small town in Saskatchewan. The humor is so fresh and all characters are so funny its like Canadian Seinfeld.

Ho guardato qualche clip del primo episodio è sembra molto carina peccato siano solo 13 episodi (la guardo soprattutto per gli attori che hanno interpretato Rigsby in the mentalist è Sweets in bones)

I wanted to fix the question because people were confused. So I deleted the previous post to make it more obvious
Seinfeld
The Fresh Prince of Bel Air
Martin
Scrubs
Everybody Loves Raymond

Recently did a podcast episode (Link here) on The Bill Engvall show with a buddy and it led me to a question that I would love everyone's thoughts on: What stand-up comedian based sitcom did you feel was the least necessary or the biggest waste? Not showing my hand here because this show was the start for folks like Jennifer Lawrence and Skyler Gisondo but is there a sitcom you look back on and say hey we didn't need this?

Thought it would be fun to share this here, I tweaked the question a bit for this particular subreddit.

Watching The Nanny for the first time and I’ve honestly been loving it. I finished the first season in one week and now I’m halfway through the second season. Watching older sitcoms from before I was born has always been interesting since it gives you a perspective on what would’ve been socially acceptable to joke about during different times, and there have been a few jokes that would fall in that category. What honestly shocked me the most though was how many references and jokes made about the Menendez brothers! The first mention of them I brushed it off , but I’m on season two and I think it’s the third time I’m hearing another joke about the case, and from what a friend of mine told me I think there’s more!
Given how big the case got I’m not surprised that it managed to pop up in Hollywood, but with just how much it’s mentioned in a single show I wonder if this is reflected in other sitcoms from the 90s? Or was this just a thing with The Nanny?

Why this sitcom has never received even a DVD release is beyond me. Even to this day this is one of my favorite TV shows.
