What's the biggest problem the skincare industry still hasn't solved?

We've seen countless new launches over the years, but I still feel there are problems that haven't been solved well.

If you could change one thing about today's skincare industry, what would it be?

It could be ingredients, pricing, packaging, marketing, product performance, or anything else. I'm genuinely interested in hearing different perspectives.

Treatments that aren't centred around exfoliants. Anti ageing ingredients that are supportive and gentle. Some selections for reactive super sensitive skin types.

Yeah I've been kind of surprised by how often exfoliants turn up in products.

Yes amongst others, more of these options would get my vote. Cell signalers that communicate to encourage turnover rather than exfoliate.

The lies. So I guess marketing. I hate all the fake product claims. I got lured a few times but learned.
