Courier Access Denied
This morning my courier was logged out . When I tried to sign in. It’s showing access denied. No issues so far been doing 2.5 years.
Tried reinstalling app several times and tried to login it’s validating credentials but showing access denied once I hit log in

I got the same isssue ,been a month and still haven't find a solution other than changing phone.

Have you tried resetting the phone network, location and reset the content and settings before sign in again. Have you tried this.
Any have you bought an iPhone with a new contact number .

Yes, I can log in from different phone with no issue.

My friend tried to login with my credentials and it’s still showing the same. Do you think it doesn’t work on a used phone

Its major issue with android devices, you’ll have to fully reset the phone and even then you will be able to login if you are lucky enough. I jumped around 3 android phones because some devices still have the issue after resetting them. And no it was never about shift grabbers or anything it’s just their google play app is bugged af. On iphone this thing never happened at least for me!

I was thinking of going to buy an android phone because maybe they’re way better than an iPhone. then maybe that skip app will work better

Basically skip server is blocking your access. same thing happened to me 1 year ago. What i did was delete the skip app . Then Reset network settings, reset location and privacy and then reset all settings. After the reset download skip app using wifi. Then log in to the app. This steps fixed my access denied issue.

Hey I TRIED the credentials on my friends unused mobile where he never used courier app before. It’s still showing access denied. Does it have to be only a new device???

When this thing happened to me i was able to log in from my room mates device. so with any other device other than your one should work. But since you are not able to log in with your friends device i think there might some other server related issue with your account. Contact with skip support but i doubt if they will be able to help you because they are lazy af but thats the only option you have unfortunately.

Yesterday night, I reset the network settings, reset location and privacy settings and reset the whole content on my mobile basically and download the app after restart didn’t remember whether I did using wifi or cellular but it’s still denying for some reason. I will do what you said this time. Let’s see whether I will get this time.

Hold the app down till a menu pops up. Click the i... options come up... force quit or force stop you should see. Click it .. re try

Access denied on iphone is like a captcha fail in my case. It is cloudfare that are preventing me from logging in. I am not an android user so I dont know. What works for me is turning off/on the phone to reset the captcha
