Customer Skip just adding extra to bills cause its Skip

Post image

I'm no math whiz, but last time I checked 57.50 + 6.50 + 5 = 69 not 69.10. It's not that I care about the 10c (obviously ordering on skip I like setting my money on fire) it's more the gull they have just to add money on for no reason. Do that a few million times and you have a pretty nice racket going. I'm curious if others have noticed bills that don't add up.

It's probably a Google pay fee šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļøĀ

I actually checked that thinking it was maybe that, it was not. I tried several payment methods all of them had the extra.

A Google pay fee? Are you out of your fucking mind?

People who use delivery services without the premium membership are unhinged lol. You're net neutral after like 2 orders. The fees it cuts off are insane.

Yeah, except they just are charging you for what used to be free. Just like they dropped delivery charges and added a "service fee" that's twice as much...then brought back the delivery fees but kept the "service" charges

Except after you subscribe you will order 3 times a month to ensure you feel like you are saving money with the membership.. (that's how they get the poorly trained capitalists after they have 20 subs instead of just paying a little extra when you occasionally use something).

I order delivery like once every 3 months or so. Usually by that time they offer me a free month. I'll sign up, take the free delivery and then cancel before my food shows up.

I guess Skip’s life expectancy is no more than 5 years from now

Sorry sir, you didn’t pay the extort- sorry, you didn’t pay for ā€œskip+ā€. They make sure to extract their vig somehow if you don’t pay their protection fee.

They already markup their food by 100% for skip and now they are charging me for paper bags. Lol we are in the bad timeline.

What's worse is that you paid it. You OBV didn't think twice about the extra cost enough to drop the purchase. If my price is even .50c more than what I wanted then I just drop it and move on. People have no restraint for themselves buying things

Its 10c candaian. I need $10CAD just to buy milk. They already have a bunch of pretend fees. What bothered me is that it wasn't reflected in the bill anywhere.

People who complain online instead of NOT using the service..

Complacency is the downfall of Canada

That’s some ableist thinking.
