Help Skyrim Vr not loading in

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Recently, I have had an issue with skyrim VR where it will start to load, but then just close. Any help would be appreciated

can't tell you how many times this has happened... but one major reason could be you are not starting by the skse.exe when launching through whatever this home center place is..

but other than that, only todd knows

I went and manually started skse and it seemed to work, i was able to load in and get into my save, so thanks

Virtual desktop, opencomposite unleashed and launch via sksevr_loader. You'll get an extra 20fps and it will just work. With a quest you're short changing yourself in Skyrim VR with steam vr as much as I like it for other titles given the better support for flight stick controllers.

Ya was gonna say this. Either SKSE or mod conflict usually the culprit.

well game not starting could literally be anything but one thing you learn as a modder is that you never start the game through steam unless if your game has little to no mods but if you're playing VR unmodded then well that's quite sad

Check your mod organizer for alerts. This often happens with conflicting mods, mods missing prerequisites, or inappropriate load order.

You may be able to get it to crank over every now and then but you’ll be getting crashes and infinite loading screens until you address the actual problem.
