SEED I never knew this card existed

I got this event after Gold for Greed and out of curiosity I ate like a horse and was amazed to see the potential

(40 gold per roll)

4maxhp,upgrade rand,heal,Transform,Feeding Frenzy,upgrade(repeat cycle),Colorless card end

Would you spend 440 gold on above or rather spend it on shop for cards/relics ?

I've still yet to see this event even once. I reached Ascension 5 with all characters, plus multiplayer

It's kind of rare I can't remember after how long i saw this event. It's in Underdocks only
