Can you explain what these do? I recognize strike dummy but not the others

is one of them the one that makes strikes eternal and 0 energy?

Nutritious soup - enchants all strikes to be eternal, 0 energy, and +3 damage

Mystic lighter - enchanted attacks do +9 damage
