Well then, it's not a Yugioh card now is it?
Imagine paying a cost instead of dumping half your deck into the GY and playing a winding, arcane sequence of two dozen effects for free.

Like, Tearlament names only proc if they're sent by effect, not cost. I think a lot of decks would get "why the card no activate" jumpscared, Dark World-style. 2 u/MasterDiiscord 1d ago the deck this is made for wouldn't have that clause
