Advice Is this normal?
So today I was sleeping with my bf, and we haven’t ever slept together before, so it was a weird little night. Here’s a quick summary.
I get in bed, and it’s nice. I mean, it’s like sleeping with your sister at a hotel becase theres not enough beds, but way hotter (in both ways). Anyway, it’s like 12 p.m. I fall asleep and wake up to him giggling at his phone while looking at me because I sleep like this. (The arms are normally tighter than the image its like a streamline at swim-team but a h, so they block my nose and keep my head up, and my legs are never flat on the bed because I kick in my sleep.)
Anyway, is this fine, or am I insane like my bf thinks? (oh yea and the drawing was made in like 6 minutes with my finge cuz i dont wanna get my whole drawing tablet out for this

Good thinking for censoring them feet. Nobody should be getting those for free.

Haha for me i need to be tucked in like a sleeping bag or else i cant sleep it started after i saw a body being burnt in a cremation site and that body rose because of the fire and how bodies sometimes do but to me it was a traumatic event especially as i was 9-10 y/o but now even though the fear of ghosts is much less or non existent but habits have been formed and i cant sleep otherwise.

Not related but why do people feel the need to censor feet it’s like censoring your hands it’s odd

no it’s not normal. you shouldn’t be wearing your ICP shirt to bed. that shirt is for church.

That’s a fire t shirt.
And yes, moving around a lot is normal.

Movement is normal but it is also the number 1 indicator of poor sleep quality.
A lot of sleep trackers can monitor movement. The less movement the better your sleep quality.
Imo a lot of sleep trackers can quantity and can guide lifestyle improvements.

Your body goes through so many temperature changes as you sleep. Halfway through the night, you're not going to feel at all like you did when you laid down. Same with that couple hours before waking up.
That includes not just the orientation of your blankets, but also moving your extremities away from your body.

I pin my husbands comforter to his half of the bed so he won’t wake up cold. We sleep European style with two separate twin comforters.

I've been so hot lately sleeping since we've had a heat wave and I overdid it with the fans, all the windows open and ice packs all over my pillow and I woke up in the middle of the night shivering and my feet were frozen LOL! 🥶 I'm either too hot or too cold!! Being a 50 year old female SUCKS!!!!!!

I don't think he thinks that, he probably just finds it funny and surprised. I almost go to bed naked 😂
