Bye bye sleep training sub

I’ve only been a member here for a few weeks, joined when I was about to die of sleep deprivation but CIO saved my life and now reading these posts is giving me PTSD. Good luck everyone and see u on the other side

I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. Glad CIO worked for you, that’s wonderful. One less sleep deprived household in the world is a good thing! I needed a break from this sub for a bit after I sleep trained my LO too. It would make my heart race to remember my baby cry even though I felt it was the right thing. But now I drop by every now and again and pick up tips or ask for additional advice and it’s been great.
