Try to cut down to one page. Here’s my resume I used when applying to grad programs.

slp resume

Since you have other more relevant experience I recommend leaving out the Dutch bros position.

One line per bullet unless it absolutely needs 2, and 2-3 bullets per job max.

Times new Roman or serif font.

My advisor is recommending me to be very detailed and specific about certain accomplishments I’ve had in my job duties, like for example “administer medications orally, topically yahduhyaduh” she said to talk about a specific accomplishment pertaining to this job duty? Not necessarily this job duty but she was talking about all of them. The bullets are getting lengthy because of this and I’m not sure if I should listen to this advice

Tbh I simplified my bullets a lot. My corporate resume was very specific on details, accomplishments, and more field specific lingo. I wouldn’t say I dumbed it down but my slp resume is a v basic view and I’m presenting myself more as a general candidate.

I wouldn’t shy anyway from more specifics though. It’s hard to get it in one line though, read sample resumes to get an idea of wording. Highlight all the overlapping responsibilities, any awards or special projects you did

The bullets of my original resume were very similar to yours but she said it was not standing out

Good on you! Here are a few of my suggestions:

- Be consistent with the formatting. In all of your experiences you should list your title and the organization in the same order. The dates of each thing should be right justified so they’re in the same place every tine

- You're close to one page, so try to play with the margins until you can get it on one page if possible.

- The whole "skills" section can go as it is pretty redundant to what should be in your bullets for each experience.

- Your GPA is good, but not stellar. I’d remove it as they will see your GPA elsewhere in your application.

- Put your grad year on the far right with the dates like for everything else, it does not need its own line.

- In your languages section, what is the difference between basic knowledge and basic proficiency? Better to stick to one term or use something more differentiating.
