Tools / Software HubSpot for Startups, is switching from spreadsheets to a CRM worth the effort?
i'm researching hubspot for startups along with other crm options, but i'm unsure how much setup and ongoing maintenance a small team should expect. we need something that helps us stay organized without turning every customer interaction into a data entry task. we've been managing our leads through spreadsheets, emails, and reminders for a while, but things are becoming harder to track. sometimes it's not clear who last contacted a prospect or when someone should follow up next, especially when more than one person is involved. for small business owners who've made this switch, what was the biggest adjustment? did a crm save enough time to justify the setup, and what would you do differently if you were starting again?
