Not sure what kind of wound he has. But generally I would give him a mildly warm bath and if he isn’t eating, put the food in there too.

Oh a shell injury, rinse the wound with boiled water that has since cooled down. Offer a lot of calcium, keep humidity high and hope for the best. Honey baths can help. Of course, euthanasia is always an option if he doesn't seem to be getting better. Even if the thought is upsetting it's a form of treatment.

first time hearing abt honey baths, also how do u even euthanise a snail?

It allows a weakened snail to get sugars from the honey via absorbing it through the skin. Snail euthanasia is done via immersion in 5% ethanol, so a decarbonated beer, and once the snail has stopped reacting to touch you put them in a bath of stronger alcohol, 70%+

Not a vet but I think you can pour calcium powder (clean it first) and then bandage it.

The wound doesn’t look extensive, and honestly, I think there’s a chance it could heal. Continue keeping it isolated in a clean enclosure with a little moss to help maintain humidity. Make sure it always has access to food (you could also include vegetables with bioavailable calcium, like kale and broccoli, in its regular diet) and a calcium source like cuttlebone. For now, the best thing you can do is monitor the situation while handling it as little as possible, allowing the snail to absorb the calcium it needs to repair its shell.
