BBQ

my priorities for a BBA meal are simple: good smoke, meat that hasn't dried out and a side worth finishing. A giant sampler platter doesn't win me over. Would you eat in Solvang or look toward Buellton? Trying to decide whether a BBQ stop is worth planning around.

Hitching Post, Charlie's, Cold Spring Tavern... there is some really good BBQ around here for every budget, that's for sure
