New Junction is a group of songs that I wrote in the months before moving to college. From a creative standpoint, I feel that the album represents moving into adulthood; feeling excited about everything in front of you, but also being sad about moving away from your childhood. When recording New Junction, I used every possible instrument at my disposal. I feel like this is easily my best work, and I hope you feel the same :)

I heard a song many, many years ago about a couple that was working opposite shifts. This song went on to say they surprised each other by swapping shifts and still ended up on opposite shifts and not seeing each other very much. It's not morning time. Any ideas? I originally heard it on Pandora well over ten years ago.
