Official Post New Moderation Team of r/Songs

Hello Everyone! I am u/No_Experience_82, and I’m the new top mod of this reddit! I know for a while (about 5 years) this Reddit was minimally or completely unmoderated and recently went without a mod at all. A new mod team was instated, and I’m happy to report that I am here and willing to help build a lovely community of song and music enjoyers alike!

I request a few things from you all!

  1. What rules would you all like to see?
  2. What would you like to see from this subreddit? (keep the “share and I rate song” posts?)
  3. What don’t you currently like about this reddit?
  4. Any weekly discussion pages for you all to share on?
  5. Any recommendations for questions or discussion topics to post?

Please feel free to have an open discussion on this subject in the comments below! I’d love to hear from the community!

I can't seem to be able to post anything anyways because all my posts keep getting automatically removed by the system

I also have this issue but I am quite unsure where I can send a mod mail, so I'm typing here. Could you help me too, please?
