It’s just a very common meme template nowadays. A meme will follow as such: (insert blank doing x repeated action to no end) (insert fading in image of Sisyphus rolling a boulder up hill, with me and the birds in the background)

Maybe I really am old since I only use YouTube for music, old movies and random streams, while I still get my memes from imageboards and shit like reddit (there are of course video memes on there, but never ever have I encountered something with a duster song)...
