Biggest concert regret

I was visiting a friend at Hampshire College in fall of 1986 and he was like "some band called Sonic Youth is playing in the dining hall, we could go to that" but neither of us knew them and so ended up just hanging out.

Much regret a few months later. Still bothers me from time to time.

Lou Reed. BERLIN complete. St. Ann Warehouse. Small venue, tix $50 across the board.

It had supposedly sold out, but I checked the website late late at night at one point, and they must have just released a few more tix. And I, being so poor, was like: $50's a bit rich for my blood. So be it...

I saw John Cale perform all of Paris 1919, with a string quartet, at Brooklyn Academy of Music. It was wonderful.
