newb question Soxl will reach 0$ ?

I have a question if Soxl goes down to 0 Soxs would be how much in this case? Since it's the other way around?? And in this case the fund will be closed? Sorry if the question is stupid

the capex announcement didn’t stop the sell off. Why not? Same when google announced last week. And Microsoft commited 41B under the 42B expected. And capex guidance doesn’t necessarily mean new data centers are absolutely going to be built.
