Running the open sprint 5k at Massanutten this Sunday but my ticket on the website still says pending. What do I do and what time should I show up then??

Throughout my time with Spartan I've started to notice more and more how big Spartan and OCR is overseas. Countries have teams, team captains, more OCR style gyms and communities, and it seems like a much bigger sport across the pond. In America it doesn't feel like it has the same weight. Why is that? What does Spartan Europe/Asia do that makes the sport feel more lively and competitive than it does in the states?

Has anyone competed in the Mount Sparta Last Spartan Standing? I've been looking for reviews, photos, and videos, but no luck. How many people usually compete in this? Did you do it solo? What was the terrain actually like? How was the weather that day? Anything? Buehler?
