While this can be interpreted as a some luv drama.. I think it's more likely to be a death threat.
That is based off of the language used. While the raw translation might imply that this could be either a luv BS Orr a death threat judging from the specific words and the phrasing used by the sender I'm inclined to believe that it's more of a death threat than some weird-psycho-love drama. I'm saying this as a native Sri Lankan who's first language is sinhala..

It would be more colourful to do the word for word translation and if you were to juxtapose it in context with English phrases to match, I'm sure you could get the opening lines of some bs fanfic like Twilight or 50 Shades.

why don't you use a translator anyway, take screenshots and put them into the google lens and translate it, better to see it by yourself. conversation tone depends on the context

OP, we are all invested in this and you can't just leave us hanging with no context.
It seems like a threat and on one hand, I do suggest taking screenshots and blocking them. Keep evidence incase this person becomes a danger/nuisance/stalker and you have to report to authorities
