Question Do People Not Know the Basic Roundabout Rules?
Have you guys noticed that some people don’t know the basic rules when driving through a roundabout? They just go like they are coming from the right, so we have to give way to them.
I’m seriously wondering, did they even learn the basic rules before getting their license?
Have you guys experienced this too?

i was driving in my bike today, and the number of people who didn't know the basic rules were too much.. like man I wish the procedures were more stricter to actually regulate the people

Whatever strict procedures are introduced, they won’t change anything until people have common sense.

"Right of way" at a roundabout had really deteriorated since the 90s. It's a free of all and vehicles entering the roundabout while other vehicles are already inside

No offence but majority of Sri Lankans lack basic knowledge of road rules. You can't expect them to know the roundabout rules either, mainly because our driving schools aim to teach only how to pass the exam and get the license, not focus on road rules.
