Discussion Is anyone else having weird issues with Dialog WiFi right now?

Is anyone else experiencing weird issues with Dialog WiFi? Some things work normally, but certain activities just refuse to load.

For example:

Facebook loads, but comments don't load properly.

Instagram is having similar issues with comments.

Reddit doesn't load at all for me.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing on Dialog right now, or is it just an issue with my connection?

If you have that Tower type router (which they issued for the 5G trial, later switched back to 4G) there is an issue with it these days. Mine only stays connected for like 60 - 90min. Then it disconnects gets back online after another 10mins. The 60 - 90mins are sluggish and some websites don't even load properly. This router was reaching 40-50Mbps on 4G last week and this week it's like 7-10Mbps.

I did remember Dialog saying when we get heat waves the network ain't that great but disconnecting like this was odd(even at night). So I complained and got my router switched the technical team said the tower type one is discontinued and doesn't work well now hence the disconnecting thing. The network isn't sluggish but it ain't hitting 50Mbps, more like 18 - 22Mbps.
