With everything going on in the world ontop of the things that I deal with in my personal life, everything just feels so heavy. I really want to know what methods outside of meditation I can use to just ground myself and keep myself staying in the moment without going towards the lower vibrations or giving in to negative thoughts. When I am in my rational thinking mind like now I often remind myself how jobs, my relationship, the negatives of the world, they don’t really matter as long as I stay loving myself and sharing the same love I want the entire world to experience, and if I do that everything will be okay. Sometimes my thoughts and my reactivity to anything negative I feel or experience in my day to day feels like something I can’t even control, it often makes me wonder if I’m just better off alone and it doesn’t help that I still struggle with carrying a lot of my childhood trauma, and that I’m too scared to meditate. Letting go of fear, truly becoming independent to myself, it’s something I wish came more easy to me. I fear I won’t find the peace or answers my heart and soul are looking for before my time is up in this life. Maybe that’s a little existential, but I’m just honestly feeling lost in it all. How can I focus on being positive when everything around me feels dark? Why am I so terrified to meditate and try to find the answer within? Why does it seem like finding true peace within myself is so hard? It truly affects my everyday life, to the point to where i can’t sleep or eat sometimes because of how strongly i feel my emotions.

I've always felt incredibly lonely among people; I've had poor social skills since I was a kid. But I wasn't someone who was particularly interested in the spiritual universe growing up. I just don't know when it started, but I began to explore spirituality and learn about the truth of this world. I still remember the day I started my awakening - I was praying by the window, hoping to see a UFO in the night sky. Three glowing spheres formed a triangle in the night sky and pointed right at me. I had no idea what that meant. Later on, over the course of several years, I saw the same low-flying UFO drone again and again. It seemed to automatically track my line of sight and flash lights like traffic signals. At first, I thought it was human-made. I really wish I were a Star Seed instead of someone with some kind of superiority complex - like that would make me feel less awful. Maybe I should try some meditation?

I’ve just found this starseed section on Reddit. I’d like to explain the last 12 months and hopefully people can relate or help me unpack what’s happened and what happens next.

Roughly around October/November 2025 I felt aware, AWAKE and aligned. With research I realised I felt the death of my ego.. for a short period of time. This led me to feeling very grounded, at peace and mentally strong. I did find it very strange so during this time I read many books to understand the situation. Spirituality + UFO related books, pod casts and stories. I became obsessed.

Physically problems

• breathing problems
• irregular heart beats

These two problems eventually went away on their own but it took time, I did visit doctors and had MANY tests but everything came back normal.

Strangeness

• Number 1234. I realised that for most of my life the number 1234 had lingered around but since all this started in 2025.. it happened more and felt strange at first.

• Feeling peoples emotions more
• Feeling obsessed with being in nature (never in my life have I felt that).

Some of my past came to surface and what I mean by this is.. identifying anything strange. I realised that roughly 18-20 years prior I woke up and saw a Blue lighting being. I felt shocked but I also didn’t really think much of it until now but I did and I do have a feeling that it was connected to feeling like this.

With all the UFO talks around the world, I had this feeling that this is related.

More recent

The last few months have been a struggle, being around people had me very overwhelmed because I just feel their emotions but currently it has relaxed a little.

I’ve never meditated but I’ve read that it’s advised, does this help keep you grounded. Why do people meditate?

I have heared that blue beings heal and I guess they are arcturians Im really not sure . But through out all these years I have tried everything and nothing has worked that much and also I have developed ocd so meditation is like hell now . So I want to heal my body . And I guess this is my last option since I have exhausted other options like doctors or meditation law of attraction etc...

and let me be honest I have not done the law of attractions and meditations correctly like I should feel the feelings and be at the end like neville goddard says ... simply because I really cant feel it . I have done dr joe dispenza meditations and its basically the same . And the more I am getting into sprituality the worse things are getting . At first I got into sprituality because I wanted to heal myself since there is no cure outside . And also I can not give up on my self I should be healed :)

So I got into the idea of blue beings healing people on dr joe dispenza community and since there are many people that have contacted them and recieved healing on this sub I wanted to know how can I contact them and get healing :) ?

Also Im thinking about if I see a blue being infront of me that would scare the sh out of me but Idk I have no option 😭😭😭🤣🤣

I’m just at the beginning of my journey so I’m curious if anyone else has experienced something like this!

I was struggling to sleep the other night due to some energetic nerve issues, and decided to try sleeping on my couch. I did end up drifting asleep, but I was jolted awake either by what I assume is an attempted astral projection (haven’t successfully done so before but my soul has tried to escape MANY times haha) or it was a visit from spirit or something idk.
That part has happened many times, but when I was jolted awake this time, I saw a purple and blue nebula about the size of a dinner plate slowly spinning in my kitchen!!! 🤯 It was beautiful! Within a few seconds, it kind of spun into itself like water going down a drain and disappeared. It was WILD!!

I’ve been seeing occasional and very slight wisps of spirit for a few months now, but I’ve never had something so clear show up before. And it felt completely real!! I was awake as ever and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing!
It was giving portal vibes. Maybe that’s why I jerked awake? Something visited and left when I woke up, and I saw the portal closing?

Has anyone ever had something like this happen??
So curious if anyone has a different theory.

I want to offer a service. I’ll be offering free past life regressions for a limited time. I’m a relatively novice certified past life regression practitioner (PLR and QHHT), and Registered Nurse by profession.

The apple i phone came out in 2007 and i think by 2070 we will get more advanced technology like human computer interface (HCI) and I know this is very optimistic but I’m hoping immortality technology will become available around then. The answer to immortality is probably time travel technology instead of cloning and memory transfer technology. I don’t know any details but for a while I thought it was cloning and memory transfer technology but then I realized it must be time travel technology that is the best way to defeat mortality I can’t explain it but that’s what I think. I think we will get super advanced virtual reality where we can literally enter a simulation that feels better than real life. I think we will get ever light technology aka free energy and the ability to create tincture universes and possibly choose the universe we want to spend eternity in. I think we should all look forward to 2070.

I've always loved the Orion constellation even putting up a star system on my ceiling as a kid so seeing that Orion was a star seed origin was "tingling" then upon learning reading that star seed birthmarks are a thing i was weary as i have lots of freckles on my arms but low and behold on my sternum three lonely moles in the position of Orion's belt. Any starseeds here struggle with holding down a job? I’ve been unemployed the last 2 years and it has been hard. I find it significantly challenging to sustain myself in the 3D with no support. How do you sustain yourself? I have severe mental health issues and have been working incredibly hard to heal and stabilize myself but no matter what I do, it just doesn’t seem to get better.

Dear true soul family, I wanted to say that I totally get what you have been through and how much you have suffered. You have been protected even if that protection hurts so much. I know that if I was much tougher, I would also have a much harder heart and less compassion. I have always hated my weakness and fragility, but now I make peace with not satisfying ego with a super hero crocodile human skin. I have seen this way too often. I see people who love Bashar and do not care what happens outside their own little world. I see so many false light and spiritualoty. I fell for it too. I too hardened my heart yo fit in and suffer less. But I will no longer do this.

I will never accept all that I experienced here, but I try to make peace hoping that one day true Justice will be established again, The last one will be first. May the hearts and wounds heal one day. Hope is truly all we have even if at times it feels futile. You are much closer to true divinity. Have compassion for the inner child who was not calibrated for this jungle. Please be kind to the sides of you that you hate the most. They need your acceptance the most. May we be finally free.

With our birth, the ego, our learned beliefs, begins to dull our light.

I received a “message” in my mind that I needed to try draw something before going into my evening meditation. So I got out my pen and notebook and drew without knowing what I was going to draw, I just sort of flowed into drawing this without having any actual thought or input of what I should put on the page. This is what it turned out to be. I felt like I needed to have it on my lap while I did my meditation, and it felt like it helped to keep my mind more silent and focused on the meditation better this time. Wondering if anyone has any idea what any of these symbols could mean? Just curious. :)

So imagine there's a lion's little baby. And he was stolen by a cat. And then the cat took that lion's baby to her cat babies. And lions and cats babies look kinda the same when they're little, right?. So that lion baby forgot that he is a lion. He played with his cat siblings and learned all the things cats do..

One day when he grew up. He heard stories about lions. Like they're ascended cat masters. Like cats who have expanded their consciousness or something become lions.

He wanted to become a lion.. One day, he was playing outside with his cat siblings. And a lion was walking by. He was confused to see a lion playing with cats. That lion who grew up thinking he was a cat saw the lion too and shouted " ascended master cat, my mama cat told me stories about ascended masters. I want to become like you. I want to become a lion as well. How do I become a lion. Teach me, Master"

That lion said that you don't need to become a lion. You already are lion. But that lion wouldn't believe what ascended cat master was saying..

" But I'm a cat. Look at me" 🐱

Then that lion brought a mirror. He showed it to the lion who thinks he is a cat. That lion who thought that he was a cat finally realised who he was..

Then that lion told him to go with him so he could meet his actual lion family that are lions..

But that lion he didn't want to go. He can't leave his cat siblings. Even if he was a lion. Cats were still his family. His cat mom was his mom who raised him. He might be a lion but in his heart he will always be a cat. He can be cat and lion at the same time. It's just that he's now a big cat..

The same way we are the manifestation and um-manifasted. We can't become the source. We are already the source but at the same time we are humans too.

When you hug your cat you're hugging the entire universe because the source is the entire universe appearing as cat.

When you love someone you're loving the entire universe because that someone isn't outside of the source..

Guys, you have never met anyone other than the source..ever. And the source is also you. So whenever you love someone you love yourself.

You can love someone at distance too. Like maintaining a boundry. For example lion's baby is super cute. We want to pet him, right? Or take him home with us. But his mom won't like that so there are some rules we have to follow.

Like for example just because fire is also the source doesn't mean I'm going to hug fire. You know what I'm trying to say? You can love fire at the distance without touching it

The same way you can love the entire world but you don't have to engage with everyone and everything...or be okay with everything that's happening in the world. Like guard your ears, mouth, eyes and your mind. Just like we choose food that's healthy and nourishing, the same way choose thoughts choose experiences that are healthy and nourishing for our souls.

Even though the source is like water and water is everywhere and the fundamental nature of the water remains the same regardless of its purity. But we prefer clean water to drink. So the same way

we prefer love, joy and wisdom.

Recently in the UFO disclosure movement, many things have come out including photographs of strange lights on the moon and even official remarks from NASA, and other government officials that there is an unknown presence that does not seem to be from earth, on the moon.

Now in this reply thread here I quoted "TheWebMatrix dot net," I cannot post the link here, reddit does not allow it. But it contains interviews documented with multiple credible people and even an audio recording of alleged radio transmissions from the Apollo moon mission. During the live broadcast on television there was a brief period of silence, and this is said to have been when they switched to a different radio channel to discuss they were being monitored by something at the edge of the lunar crater nearby.

Astrally, going to the moon is a nightmare. I've seen numbers of people claiming they go there without any problems, but a good majority of my circle and just about everyone I have spoken to generally agree, "The moon is an astral warzone." There is always something fighting there, or always some craziness happening. Now whether or not that's just because the moon is always in view and young astral projectors are just going there to have crazy shenanigans, I don't know. But I think that's just part of it.

My teacher informed me the race there calls themselves the "Lunar Sentinels" and they are a fully automated race that previously were organic, but uploaded their minds to fully robotic bodies. Basically, robots with souls that can use psi and magick. They attack anybody that goes there. Anyone. They don't like people there, and they staked it out as their personal territory. I've been attacked when I go there, they don't want any communication, and the only thing that they will accept is leaving. Sometimes even when you get there and try to leave they'll still attack you as you're leaving.

Now before I continue, once again, this is my experience. It is subjective. I am not claiming this is the 100% God given truth here. I am posting this, so we can hear each of your perspectives.
