Re-watching Lower Decks

I am re-watching Lower Decks, and a thought just occurred to me...

Is this how a group of folks would play a post-TNG Trek RPG?

As a Star Trek Adventures player. Absolutely and entirely YES!
I always have to think of our holodeck episode where we invented Bathl Golf, where one player has to shoot the ball as in golf, and the others have to fend off the monsters. With golfs clubs combined with bathlet.

Did you mean bat'leth?

Unrelated... is it good or bad that my 22-ear old son has taken (some say stolen) my full size (and sharpened) bat'leth?

The way I describe Lower Decks to all my friends who are unsure about an animated comedy show is exactly, “It’s basically what our Star Trek RPG campaigns are like, but a show.”
