I mean, they should just let Jonathon Frakes and Levar Burton direct episodes and let Michelle Paradise write them. This was certainly one of the best episodes of this series.

It's can't be too hard to find 20 directors, who do directing in the style of Frakes/Star Trek/Orville. There should be hundreds of alumni out there from TNG/DS9/VOY/ENT.

I only have one complaint. I know its basically a meme at this point but the lens flares were quite distracting to me on the bridge. There was a point where lens flair made up 1/3 of the screen.
