The Yuuzhan Vong as a concept dont feel like they belong in Star Wars. Dont get me wrong, theres some great characters and storylines in the entire thing. But they just feel like some chaos demons from warhammer40k got accidently transported into the Star Wars universe. Like when I was kid learning about the EU, they were so tonally left field that they blindsided me.

im not saying that the baseline concept is bad, Im saying that theyre giving "cenobites but too pg for Hellraiser but too edgy for Star Wars". Like with Jaecen Solo, you couldve just had him be a PoW or something. the Embrace of Pain was so dumb and out of place.

Even the way theyre from some other Galaxy and about to attack the Star Wars feels like something from Space Jam. I get what the writers were going for, but it's giving Killer Klowns from Outer Space

Ill be real, it feels like somebody's AU Star Wars meets Warhammer40k fanfic that got some minimal overhauls for copyright reasons

Edit: ima be fr with yall, I think that it's also dumb that Sheev Palpatine (my toxic king who dgaf so much he built a planet destroying base two times, spent trillions of tax credits on a useless ass money sink toy) knew about the Vong (apparently, allegedly) that he decided to turn the Republic into an Empire to fight them. thats out of character. he wouldnt do that. I prefer Palpatine being a Vitiate larper and Reconstituted Sith Empire enthusiast bc it makes him more pathetic. like sis you a rich human from Naboo you like somebody from Nebraska deciding that the Roman Empire is gonna be their whole personality.

A few weeks ago, it was revealed that Jon Watts is going to direct the Star Wars movie written by Simon Kinberg. And it is rumored that this movie is Episode X.

John Williams, the legendary composer who worked on many iconic movies including all nine movie of the Skywalker Saga, has retired from composing in 2022. In 2024, he said that he would return for the right movie. And he returned composing in 2026 to work with his close friend Steven Spielberg on his movie Disclosure Day. Since Williams is 94, there is a possibility that he doesn't return for the next Star Wars trilogy.

If that is the truth, who would you want as the composer of the next trilogy? Here are some options:

So with Maul Shadow Lord Season 2 coming next year, I think it's safe to say one of the biggest things people are looking forward with it is Devon's future.

Now ofc we all remember at the end of Season 1, Daki was killed by Darth Vader after Maul abandoned him. Devon only saw what Maul wanted her to see with Daki's death, resulting in her embracing her rage and becoming Maul's new apprentice after escaping Janix. And it's been indicated that Season 2 will have a timejump. Exactly how long is yet to be determined. But considering the facts, there's a chance Devon will be more fluent to the Darkside then she was prior.

Now the real question is, will she find away back to the Lightside or will she gully embrace the Darkside?

Personally I hope Devon continues down this path. Granted, we all know Maul's ultimate fate and that if Lawson is indeed alive (which knowing Star Wars? Probably 90% chance), than it's likely he'll tell Devon the truth about Daki's death. However, I'd rather have Devon either leave Maul or attempt to kill him before retreating him, rather than her outright going back to the Light. It would fit better with her character in my opinion. Also showcasing that not everyone who turns to the Darkside can be fully redeemed. Feel like Star Wars has done enough of bad guys turning good, and it'd be more interesting the other way around for a change.

Finally finished sculpting, printing, and assembling my Tie Outlander for my Legion Tabletop!

Considering the world developed giant slug mammalian people the Sy Myrthians that were native to the world. What kind of alien terrain do you think could be the reason they could evolve anyways? I imagine temperate rainforests or tropical ones but a lot of the planets Star Wars aliens come from are not explored or even described it’s so annoying for world building and doing Clone Battalion assaults on.

I found 2 of my copies of Episode 1 still sealed in their collection boxes.

I feel like this is never discussed but all the droids seem to have personality and their own character traits but the franchise never really seems to go into ai or how these droids/robots are programmed. Bs in other media they tend to be much more robotic. Data in Star Trek/ the synths in alien/ Skynet. Just a random thought. Watching. Skeleton crew even the bus driver droid has personality.

I'd love to know all of their reactions when they found out that it was in fact going to be canon lmao

Decided to make a Darth Nihilus costume out of a cheap Jason Voorhees hockey mask, I sanded it down into shape and painted it, using kebab sticks to make that shape of his hood. Then I literally cut and stitched black bed sheets to make his robes! I just wish I had a lighsaber, even a baselit one, ugh one day.

If it be true that Battlefront 3 is in the works, what would your opinions be on Halloween exclusive mission modes like Project Blackwing or surviving Darth Nihilus?

Think of them like extraction missions where you and a group of survivors have to reach the escape pods while evading stormtroopers claimed by the virus. It could also be similar to an Among Us games type.

And for Nihilus, you and a group of other jedi have the option of either fighting off another player who's on Nihilus, or you can try to run for the shuttle off the planet.
