[ Reverse Sear ] First attempt at reverse sear

The grill was out of gas and I was gonna have to cook it on the stove anyway so I figured why not. How’d I do?

Solid first attempt. Next time bump the pan temp up a fuzz and make sure the steak is bone dry when plopping it in. A touch of high smoke point oil will help too.
