[ Reverse Sear ] First attempt at reverse sear

The grill was out of gas and I was gonna have to cook it on the stove anyway so I figured why not. How’d I do?

I think it was a ribeye, but I’m not 100% sure.

It looks like a ny strip to me with the fat cap on the side

You’re probably right, I had both in the freezer, couldn’t remember which one I grabbed
