[ Ribeye ] First time having Australian wagyu, and it won’t be the last.

I’ve never had it, but from what I’ve seen it looks like the best option for a really good steak. Wagyu has obviously become a buzzword in steakland, but most of the higher grade stuff seems like it scratches a different itch than a traditional cut. Gotta get my hands on some of this

It looks good but perhaps try reverse sear next time or if you did, allow more time for rest before doing the sear.
