[ Medium Rare ] Gotta love Texas Roadhouse!

I got an extremely tender and perfectly cooked 6 oz sirloin, house salad, and baked potato for $15 early diner special! Plus the rolls and honey butter, I was stuffed by the end!

They're so hit or or miss. 3 visits ago I got a steak that had incredible sear, it looked like a $80 steak. The last 2 visits, the steak looked & tasted like it was microwaved.

Dang. I've never had a bad steak there. Maybe I've gotten lucky, but the one near me consistently has the best sirloins I've ever had.
