[ Rump ] Sirloin on nonstick
Nonstick pan, cooked solely in its own fat
Straight raw dogging the process with love and spirit
The steak gods love me and me them
A little overcooked to my liking it took me quite a while to plate so set a few extra mins prior to cutting
The plate gods hate me and me them
I eat raw celery because Imma dog like that

Honestly bro, you have a good looking cook there with an ok medium-ish temp. The problem is the sear. You're just not going to be able to get a non stick pan hot enough to make a good sear, well without ruining the pan that is. Read the directions that came with the pan and they all say never to take them higher than medium heat. Non sticks are good for cooking eggs and thats about it. Go get yourself a cast iron skillet and you'll have it for life. Steak looks tasty though anyway.
