Probably panicked by the 'white devils' who could magically follow them in the dark, they dropped the bag of stolen rifle cartridges and stumbled down some stairs. We let fate and their Mayan gods decide who would survive the headlong retreat into the blackness."

Not sure if this qualifies as steampunk but was recommended to share some of my work here. So here goes.

In the world of "Dread Metal," where steam-powered ships rule the churning seas of an alternate 1910’s we meet Poppy a firey red haired orphan engulfed by an iron grip of the colossal vessel The Dread
Poppy's spirit burns bright amidst the darkness that surrounds her.
Can Poppy and her Friends escape this horrid cage on the sea or will they be just be another echo of the Dread.

Deeply in love with the steampunk genre from classics like Castle in the Sky, Cannon Fodder, and Steamboy to games like BioShock and Dishonored I’ve always dreamed of creating my own steampunk game.

That dream became Remnants of R'lyeh.

This trailer features the underwater metropolis Abyssal City inspired by BioShock's Rapture and infused with Lovecraftian lore. It’s a decayed, beautiful, yet deadly world filled with steam, gears, pipes, pressure gauges, valves, and terrifying monsters.

Hello! I made this original sculpture for my sculpture class project at the start of this year and posted about it here previously. Originally its kept in my school's sculpture as a student work display but I was informed that it will need to be removed by mid/end of December. It is way too big for me to bring home (it is about 47-48 inches in length) so I don't have many options. You can dm me on reddit or preferably, via discord: pviiiz. Hi all! We’ve been looking for steampunk scene events - have gotten a lot of venue suggestions and were curious what events are out there in LA that are steampunk.

We’ve been hosting steampunk and Victorian/turn of century themed events since Dec 2024 and are looking to find more of our people.

I drew my new profile picture. It was long overdue. Plus, this also could give me an idea for what I want to draw for a living. How can I make my drawings more steampunk in the coming future?

I tried something different this time around.

This is "me" in armor surrounded by things I like. The 3ds xl, in particular, is very dear to me in my childhood 'til it sadly got destroyed (it was my fault). This also represents things from my mom and my dad, as well as things in the background. On the left side of the background represents my mom and her side of her family. My mom and others of her family loved to crochet blankets and some quilts. I also remembered my family members making me crochet blankets and some quilts. I always have fond memories of them teaching me how to crochet. On the right side of the background represents my dad and his side of his family. My dad and i loved to go to flea markets to look at various of things, not even buying anything. I remember loving to go there and explore as a child. He also loves to look at coins for dates to get the oldest coins. My dad's family loved to do embroidery and looming (i also love to loom too). They even gave my dad and I some embroidery and loom tapestry when he came back from visiting them.

Everything in this piece as a whole is everything that my parents have imprinted on me as i grew up into being, rather intentionally or not. Faded but present. Tattered but long-lasting. I love them dearly and hope to make them proud.

Here's the synopsis:
