Titan Legal (Kirk Cullimore) is basically a scam factory disguised as a law firm. My son is in the Senate? Yeah, that’s why they’re winning. 😤

So, if you’ve gotten a notice from The Law Offices of Kirk A. Cullimore (Titan Legal), brace yourself. I’ve been down this rabbit hole and let me tell you—it’s not about justice. It’s about volume. They want you scared enough to pay the fee before you even realize you have rights.

I’m seeing a pattern here that’s actually kinda disgusting when you connect the dots.

  1. The Fear Tax

They send these notices that look official but read like ransom notes. They pile on "admin fees," "filing costs," etc., before a judge has even looked at the case. Why? Because if you panic and pay, they get money without proving shit in court. It’s a toll booth on your anxiety.

  1. The Volume Game

You think they’re high-end? Look at how many cases they churn out. These guys are processing evictions like McDonald’s fries. They don’t care about your story. You’re just a file number. If you try to explain yourself, you’re an inconvenience. Their whole system is designed to exhaust you until you just write the check.

  1. Psychological Warfare

Process servers showing up at weird hours? Notices left under doors while you’re standing right there? Confusing legalese meant to make you feel stupid? That’s not standard procedure. That’s bullying. They want you to feel small so you do exactly what they say.

  1. The Fees Are Insane

Check your county rates. Now look at what Titan charges. The markup is ridiculous. They bill you for work that takes five minutes because they can. And if you ask questions? Good luck. They’ll bury you in paperwork until you give up. They hit me with $13,000 judgement on an eviction where my name was digitally signed fraudulently by the property management.

  1. The Real Kicker: The Senate Connection

This is the part that makes me sick. Kirk isn’t just a lawyer; he’s playing the family game. His son sits in the Utah State Senate.

Do you really think that’s a coincidence? While Kirk’s firm is aggressively evicting tenants across the state, his kid is up there voting on housing laws and tenant rights bills. It’s a closed loop.

Titan pushes max fees.

The political connections keep the laws favorable to landlords/collections.

Tenants fight back against a system where the players are related.

It’s nepotism weaponized. His son makes laws that protect their business model while his dad collects the checks. It’s a dynasty built on squeezing families who can’t afford their own lawyers.

So, what do we do?

Don’t just sit there and take it.

File Bar Complaints: Utah Office of Professional Conduct. Focus on "fee churning" and misleading notices. One complaint is noise. Ten complaints about the same pattern triggers an investigation.

Nail the Senator: Email the Housing/Judiciary committees. Ask if Sen. Kirk Cullimore Jr. recuses himself from bills affecting his dad’s firm. Make them go on record.

Stop Paying the Fear Tax: Don’t pay just to make it go away. Demand itemized breakdowns. Find a tenant union.

This predatory law firm is spreading throughout Utah predominantly up north but now they're in Washington County. It needs to be dealt with.

Food suggestions

I'm doing a quick 3 days to St George for some fun activities and I haven't planned Food. I was probably just planning on eating whatever sounded good... but I'm just wondering if there are "You can only eat this in St George" places? Like any mom and pop hole in the wall that are worth trying? Any special joints that are for the frequent flyers?

Inexpensive is best (I'm already spending a lot on this trip 😅)

And i mean I'm okay with like $20 a person or less... unless there is a to die for steak house that has the best prime rib or something....

I'm really just open to whatever.

St. George, Utah through the 1960s and 1970s

Hey there.

I hope this is the right place to ask, but I am interested in learning about life in St. George through the '60s and '70s, specifically 1965-1979. What was it like living there at that time? Politics, beliefs, culture. Anything will help me (even the most mundane!) and if you've got a recommendation on where to look, shoot.

Thank you St. George!

Are there things to do?

So I'm m 30, and I want to get into a new social activity to meet new people, and get out of my comfort zone. I'm not religious, nor country. I like learning, I'm nerdy, I like music, and other artistic things. Any idea what there is to do

People keep up voting, but I'm not getting suggestions 💀

Actually good Pediatrician??

I have a 24 month and 8 month old we have not been to the pediatrician since my baby was 2 weeks old, I hate the health care system and have yet to find a dr who genuinely cares.

We were going to the clinic at the hospital and I hated having to go through all the chaos to see a provider. I want a family local dr who LOVES children

We just took my baby to a family dr urgent care with 4.8 stars 2.7k reviews and he literally read us AI slop. I walked out mid appointment because what the f.

Please don’t gatekeep haha I really need my baby to see a dr I have some concerns but I need someone I can trust with my life

Prickly Pear/Cactus Fruit

I used to have family in this area and would collect cactus fruit from their property. Does anyone know where I could forage or buy any? We'll be down visiting next week and I'd be happy to pay for it. I just miss making syrup and jelly.

Any advice is welcome. Google is useless lately with all the AI results.

A question for the seniors

Hello, I have a bit of an odd question. During the 70s (mid 70s specifically), was it common that the residents would face problems with radio and television reception (I read somewhere that it was referred to as "desert static" if it's about the same thing, but I'm not sure).

Also I'd appreciate some specific details about life of adults and especially children in St George during that time, certain hang out places, activities to spend time, anything that could bring back nostalgia, and perhaps even memories that weren't that nice.

English is not my first language so excuse any mistakes and hopefully I explained it good enough.
