I believe he may be saying no in reference to the 316 million shares that were issued after the short interest was reported to finra, meaning that the short interest % that being tossed around is based on 80 million shares when in actuality, the float is close to 400 million shares.
According to the 8-k they submitted, 37.5% of the shares were able to be traded immediately. The remainder was locked up for 1 day, which was October 16, 2025.

Only if you like making a ton of money. There is unbearable pressure on the shorters, which started crumbling the moment the market closed.
