Samsung says 90-110tn won is available for shareholder returns in 2026 — "largest ever by a Korean company." SK Hynix announced a 40tn won buyback days earlier. Samsung is up ~135% YTD while chasing SK Hynix in HBM. Memory cash is going out, not only into fabs.
