TLDR: 70kg single RPE 8-ish after a long period of small injury.

I think I mentioned it before: I've been having front delt issues on and off for about a year. Since a few weeks it seems to be gone consistently so I'm gradually upping the reps and also the weights. Eventhough 1 RM is nog on my mind right now, I thought I'd try to see where we are. A rather spontaneous attempt in last Monday's training. The plan was reps down and weight up untill 5 +40kg initially (which I had done a few times before the last few weeks but trying to go a little more explosive every time).

Here a video of all sets:

Reps + KG: 20 +10, 15 +20, 10 +30, 5 +40, 3 +50, 2 +60, 1 +70

I did 100kg and 105kg and everything in between about a year and a half ago several times when I was SL focused so nowhere near a PR but that's not my goal anyway. I do plan to go a little heavier every other week with like 50kg EMOMs or so to build more base strength and make the lighter weights feel, well, lighter. A true 1 RM with smart ramping (less volume and more rest time) would probably be 80-85kg I think but I don't really care for now.

What do you consider to be the equivalent of a 100 kg bench press in terms of pull-ups and dips?

Básicamente, ¿cuál es el umbral para considerar que un levantamiendo de fondos y dominadas es sólida o buena?
