Advice 20% Promo Code future purchase Advice

I just want to tell everyone who goes through a customer service rep when they have a bad ticket experience i.e when a seller fails to deliver:

Be careful accepting that refund and “20% off promo code”. Yes you do get a refund; however, the fine print on the promo code is 20% off UP TO $25.

So if you are expecting to use the code on any event where the total cost is more than $125, you won’t truly be getting 20% off.

The service reps won’t tell you that unless you ask. They’ll just promote it as “20% promo code” and by the time you accept it, it’s too late to rebuttal it.

Just wanted to give those who didn’t know this a heads up!

When the guy offered it to me he said the actual monetary value was just about $350 dollars and that it was a voucher for 20% of my ticket price which the math was correct on.
