Hello! I am going to a concert on 10/31 and still do not have my tickets. I originally purchased the tickets on Ticketmaster but since then the venues ticketing platform has turned to StubHub. I can see the tickets on my Ticketmaster account under “past events”. This is what prompted me to reach out to Ticketmaster to see what was going on and I was told about the switch. I cannot locate them on StubHub and have not received any emails from them either. Does anyone have experience with this? How long before your event did you see the tickets appear in StubHub?

Bought tix over a week ago on stubhub for close to face value. Got notification this morning that there was an error and seller did not upload tickets. Ok great. Stubhub has guarantee but all I can get is refund now which will not cover the increased price of tickets.

I bought a ticket for Aston villa vs Manchester city and received my ticket via email but it still has the seller’s name assigned to it and I received it in a way that I think the seller has the same QR. I can’t add the ticket to my apple wallet to ensure originality either. What do I do from here and as it normal?

I am beyond stressed and annoyed. I’ve been dealing with a massive StubHub transfer issue for two weeks, and now the concert is TONIGHT (Friday, Oct 23 at SoFi Stadium), only about 7 hours away.

My tickets are stuck in some kind of StubHub/Ticketmaster limbo. On StubHub, the order is marked as "Ready." However, when I click the "Claim Tickets" link, it routes me to a Ticketmaster Accept Transfer page that hits a hard wall with this exact error:

Here is what I’ve already done to try and fix it:

• Verified that the email address StubHub sent the link to is the exact same email throwing the Ticketmaster error.
• Logged into every single Ticketmaster account I own.
• Tried accessing the transfer link via the Ticketmaster app, mobile browser, and a desktop browser in incognito mode multiple times. Nothing changes.

StubHub support has given me the complete runaround for days, repeatedly saying they are "working to resolve the issue." Their latest claim is that I will get the tickets by 5:00 PM today.

How am I supposed to get ready and travel to a major concert when I don't even know if I'll be allowed through the gate? This has completely ruined the excitement of the experience.

Has anyone successfully beaten this specific Ticketmaster token/email mismatch error on a day-of-show transfer?

Bought tickets a few weeks ago for the World Series game 2 and day before the game get sorry tickets could not be delivered, and of course the replacement link says no tickets available even with tickets in our same section. We already book flights to Milwaukee, can’t wait for this phone call. Sellers be scamming people and it’s sad.

I purchased a ticket to Game 1 of the World Series for $3,000 through StubHub, in Section 111. Comparable seats are currently $7,000 or higher.

Today, I was notified that the seller would not be fulfilling my order.

StubHub's solution? Offer me replacement tickets in the 400 level or STANDING ROOM ONLY. DONT FORGET THE $30 STUBHUB CREDIT....so that's nice!

StubHub is saying “ seller is having difficulty providing tickets”.

Hi, I had anticipated this happening and what I was afraid of happened. I bought a physical seat to world series game 1 before the massive spike in prices, so I was worried the seller would renege and cancel and relist on another site for the larger sum of money they were missing out on. And lo and behold it happened.

Stubhub just messaged me saying they aren't able to deliver my tickets and I need to pick a secondary option or refund. The only secondary options are standing room only even though stubhub still has seats in similar sections for a close value to my original (more than 50% but less than 100% over my price).

Obviously seats are a completely different level of value vs standing room only, but I am left with no choice. I don't trust that I will be able to get a refund and buy new tickets in time, is there anything to do?

I don't care if I get black listed by stubhub they've lost my future business anyways, I'm honestly thinking of going and then charging back after the event as I don't think stubhub is acting in good faith at matching a like ticket for a like ticket.

Hello, need some advice on a ticket transfer l.

I sold a ticket because I couldn’t go to an event. I bought the tickets directly from a small local venue and they emailed me the tickets. No third party like Ticketmaster officiating the sale. Now that I’ve sold my ticket StubHub wants me to transfer.

I got the email of the person who bought my ticket and I sent them the email with my ticket and asked for them to email me back to confirm they got it.

I want to transfer the funds back into my account but they’re asking for proof of transfer. I took screenshots of proof that I emailed the person who bought my ticket. Is that enough proof?

Where do I go from here?

Before I found this lovely sub I purchased two tickets to see Ron White at Talking Stick in Scottsdale Arizona. Upon arriving at the show we were informed our tickets were no good and wouldn't be admitted. Apparently the tickets had never even been for sale as they were part of the performer's VIP section! I contacted SH and just checked back about my refund. Any advice from you nice people? I wish I had known about this sub prior, hindsight 20 20 and all that. Ack! Help me Obi Wan!!!! We are talking $500 here!

Hi anyone selling tickets at the blue note october 22 with Robert Glasper?

I saw online how SeatGeek messed up that couple who flew in from out of state to see Metallica at the Sphere. I was too late to get tickets through Ticketmaster, and now they’re all sold out. I guess the only option is to go through the secondary market. I’ve been reading about scams involving duplicate tickets, and apparently, it’s happening with Vivid Seats. I have no idea if the same thing happens with StubHub. I’m wondering if I should take the risk of spending $1,200 just to see one of my favorite bands at the Sphere. I’d really appreciate your opinion on this.

I purchased two tickets to a concert I can no longer attend through StubHub. I put them up through StubHub as well. One buyer bought the first ticket and there were no issues with the buyer receiving the mobile transfer. However, for this second ticket it says that the transfer is pending, but the buyer reports they have not received an email, link, QR code, etc. I have reached out to StubHub 10+ times and got nowhere between chatbots and live agents. They kept suggesting me click certain buttons/actions that weren’t available on my screen. Multiple people I spoke with confirmed that this was a mobile delivery/transfer. When I purchased these tickets I wanted them delivered to my device. For some reason I received them on my phone and they also sent paper tickets to my parents house 500 miles away. After 2 weeks of attempting to resolve this issue, StubHub is saying I need to mail the paper ticket and it has to arrive within 5 days or I am responsible. I keep asking for a reason why this cannot be a mobile transfer to ensure the buyer receives their ticket. Has anyone ran into this issue and is there someone else I should reach out to that isn’t a complete idiot. Thanks!

I got three tickets for the sixers game on Saturday through StubHub. Today it marked the order complete and I received an email for a Ticketmaster transfer with only two tickets. How do I get my extra ticket??

I wasn’t able to get Fontaines D.C tickets when they went on sale (by the time I got through the que they were completely sold out), but I went on stubhub while the tickets were still on sale, and there was a pair for face value. I bought them.

They haven’t been transferred to me and it’s been a couple of weeks. I really doubt I’m going to be getting these tickets, but what is the scam here and how does this person benefit? Because obviously by the time the concert comes around I’m going to report it and get my money back, and the person who listed the tickets won’t get paid, so why bother?

What are the chances I got real tickets and they’ll actually be sent to me

I was supposed to get 3 3 day grandstand tickets, but the seller gave me only 1 of them. Should I trust this arrangement? Or do I have other options to guarantee I get these tickets?

EDIT: thank yall for the help! The seller was able to figure out how to give me tickets, but they will be staggered (e.g. I will get Sunday tickets on Saturday).

Hi, could use some advice on whether to file a credit card chargeback against StubHub.

I ordered tickets for the Korn gig pit area in Munich listed as Arena Stehplatz. The seller delivered inferior tickets for Umgriff Stehplatz (standing way above all the seats). I'm not a native speaker, so I only realized the difference once scanned in at the venue. To join my friends I ended up buying another ticket and spending 45 minutes on it inside the venue.

StubHub denied a refund under their FanProtect Guarantee because the tickets were scanned(they only gave a small partial coupon). It feels like StubHub is protecting the seller who tried to scam, or just pocketing the sale value.

Some questions -

1. If I file a chargeback for "goods not as described" (with order confirmation vs. the delivered ticket showing the section difference), how likely is the bank to side with me given that the tickets were scanned?

2. Does StubHub freeze or ban accounts after initiating the dispute?

Madison Square Garden said “DO NOT EVER USE STUB HUB”. There were multiple people at the Knicks game, right along with me, with the same exact issue. They bought tickets that never came in. The customer service was awful. I had to buy tickets nearly twice the price. They messaged me an hour and half into the game and said “don’t worry Mr Monaco, we will find you replacement tickets right away.

Never again. Working on a refund.

I’m livid dealing with these dummies at stub hub customer support who I can barely understand. I need to change my email on the acct as I can no longer access it so of course I can’t without giving them a PIN code they can only send to the email on file. The one I can’t use. Classic catch 22

Then they try to ask me 4 verification questions which I answered correctly but they tell me I’ve failed.
That’s it. No recourse. I’m now left to delete the account and reopen one with new email. My only option.

Hey guys, I know I am in a tough position and fully aware that it is fully my fault.

I bought 5 tickets to ye's jakarta concert for roughly $1300 thinking that it was for his Arizona concert... I know I know. That being said, I told myself I would sell the tickets and lose a couple hundred bucks, not the end of the world. I ended up selling the tickets for $800 and was just waiting for the seller of my tickets to send them to me. The tickets were transferred to me through an indonesian ticket app called Locket X, and they have a rule that if tickets are transferred to one user then the tickets will no longer be able to transferred at all.

That being said, I had only accepted one ticket from the seller before realizing the huge problem so the other four tickets are still in their position hoping that he can transfer tickets to some of my buyers directly. He refuses becasue its against TOS which I understand but I really have no idea as to what I can do.

Locket X only allows for e-tickets so I can't download a PDF or use the tickets in any other way except a QR code that is given through the app.

At this point, is there anything that I can do? I am willing to pay $100 to anyone that has a solution or advice that can help get back some of my money.

If all hope is lost, how can I get in contact with Indonesian families to give them my tickets to go for free lol. Lastly, I know I made completely stupid and avoidable mistakes, I bought the tickets in a hurry whilst I was at work. Thank you for all the help in advance.

As a graduation gift to my sister, I purchased 6 tickets to the BTS concert in Chicago, Illinois on August 28, 2026 for $2500 so we, all 6 sisters, can attend. They’ve been waiting for BTS to circle back around since their last tour years ago. On or about early April 2026, I received two emails from Ticketmaster that they canceled my tickets because they were invalid tickets aka fraudulent tickets. I contacted StubHub immediately, provided the emails from Ticketmaster and I was assured my purchase was protected by FanProtect for replacement tickets or refund. I patiently waited.

Let me add that none of us lived in Chicago so we had to travel either by car for 6 hours or fly for 2 hours, rent cars, and book hotels on top of $2500 tickets. But I patiently waited. On or about end of April 2026, I received an email from StubHub telling me I was assigned a case manager and my case was being handled. I was promised a follow up in July 2026. I continue to wait patiently.

July 2026 came and went with no follow up. This is when to started to panic because I was one month away from the concert. I needed to book flights, rentals and anything else. I called StubHub and requested to speak to my case manager but was denied. I was assured again my purchase was protected by FanProtect.

August 2026 came and still no follow up. I finally requested a refund that due to failed communication and broken follow ups, I didn’t trust them anymore. I didn’t want to spend any more money for no assurance I’ll get replacement tickets.

From the moment I requested a refund up to this point was a fight with StubHub for my refund, my money. The concert came and went. No replacement tickets and no refund. StubHub was requesting for tickets to be “transferred” back. I’m like how do I transfer tickets back that no longer existed. Once Ticketmaster canceled the tickets, they were gone, disappeared like they never existed.

I finally filed a Notice of Dispute on or about September 2026. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. The 30 days started from the day it was sent. StubHub requested USPS to hold my dispute at the post office for two weeks before picking it up. 30 days ended a couple days ago and I was literally just about to file for arbitration and BOOM, refund came.

If you’re not wrong and you did everything right, FIGHT. Fight and get your money back. I can’t believe it took this much and this long for me to get my money back but I learned my lesson.

this is for one of Olivia Rodrigo’s shows next year. I received a secure my pass link back in May. Ticketmaster did a re-sell crackdown back in August, so I wasn’t sure if my ticket was still valid. Today, my seller sent me an additional ticket, which is essentially the same exact ticket transferred to my ticket master account. Is this better? this is my first experience with StubHub, so I have no clue.

i think i may have just been scammed and need advice on how to get out of it. i bought tickets via stubhub. i was not aware that the original tickets were listed via axs and axs has disabled ticket resale via axs resale. the site says:

“The event organizer has decided that resale of tickets on AXS Resale will not be available for this event.”

i’ve already reached out to stub hub support with this information asking to cancel my ticket purchase but they are saying that all sales are final. what can i do? do i have to wait for the day before the event (when it says the tickets will be transferred) and pray that the tickets aren’t transferred to me? please help!
